Where has it been all my life?

I used a cheaper and more compact guillotine trimmer that doesn't cut straight. It cuts big stacks of paper like a dream! It has saved me time cutting up my reams of bookbinding paper, and very consistently. I will say that you will have to cut quite a few blocks of dough as there will be scraps on the blades. Also look for red fibers on the tray during these tests. But after testing it several times, it gives very clean results.
