🔪 TEXALAN 12-Inch Heavy Duty Guillotine Paper Cutter (Black) Review

I used a cheaper and more compact guillotine trimmer that doesn't cut straight. It cuts big stacks of paper like a dream! It has saved me time cutting up my reams of bookbinding paper, and very consistently. I will say that you will have to cut quite a few blocks of dough as there will be scraps on the blades. Also look for red fibers on the tray during these tests. But after testing it several times, it gives very clean results.

This product is ideal for cutting thick stacks of paper where precision and accuracy are not important. But it wasn't until I assembled and installed the fence post shown in the attached photos that I made accurate cuts throughout. This is a great cutter but a couple of things need to be mentioned. You have to add corner bumpers to the underside, which isn't a big deal, and ditch the long pieces of plastic that already fit in the car. I don't know why it doesn't say that on the packaging. Also installed from back to front is a paper pinch handle that needs to be removed and flipped over.
