They stand by their products
After a dissatisfying complaint, the company assured me I may have gotten a bad item. In doing so, I was sent a replacement. So far so good. The splitter is made of brass which is a plus, except for the screw-on neck and on/off valve. It is a solid item but only time will tell. In making things right and standing by their product, I am changing my rating to a 5 star. Realistically I am not expecting this to last a lifetime, but a good 2 to 3 years use is more than fair for something that is constantly outside and fairing in the elements.
- Sturdy hose for my camper so I can have a hose for other uses
- May not be suitable for high-temperature water
