For starters, I am sending this product back because it was the wrong size. I would leave it if it fits. Good things: The inside is very soft and sees looks like Ugg Boots. In fact, all the shoes looked like Uggs except for the soles. The sole of this shoe had a more rubbery feel (while Ugg boots are more foamy). That rubbery feel gives me a sense that the sole of the shoe actually would be waterproof. However, if snow or rain made them higher than the sole, it would definitely not be waterproof. It is also very easy to slip on a child (although it could also be that he is too big) and finally it is a very light shoe. Bad things: The sizing was wrong. I ordered 6. Apparently they gave me 7. Based on the bottom of the shoe it was 140mm. Compared to their size chart, 140mm = 14cm = size 7. However, when I measured it, the bottom of the shoe is actually much larger than it should have been. So I would say that the size of this product is definitely not suitable.
