Along with kick-ich and rally, this saved my tank. I would soak any hydroplex infected fish for 10 minutes. I actually left my healthier fish after about 15 minutes. Hydroplex seemed to help heal the overnight itch with small patches in the morning. I kick and rally for a long term cure.
