Product not included. I called Hott. They told me something was wrong and that I needed to contact Revain to arrange a refund. It was a horrible process that took an hour and a half and I'm hoping to be able to collect the CD player and get a refund. The product arrived without working. Hott did not test before shipping. I would never buy a Hott product.
