Not sure if this is the one I received but the headphones out of the box didn't work very well. After connecting to my phone and playing music for less than 10 minutes, the music dropped at least 4 times. After about 30 minutes of listening to music, it broke off several times. The phone was about 2-3 feet from the headset since it was in my pocket, which isn't that far to turn it off. The mic was apparently pretty poor too, as I had to raise my voice quite high so my colleague could hear me on the other end, to the point where I turned off my headset and spoke directly into the phone instead to get the audio clearer close. The sound itself was qualitatively OK in operation. I gave it another chance in the afternoon cycling and it clipped even more which made listening to music bad. I liked the design. Using the volume buttons to change songs and a multifunction button were nice, although I accidentally called someone with the multifunction button a couple of times. The twisted headphone cord (which will surely unfold and take better shape over time) prevented me from putting the headphones all the way in my ear as it pushed them out of my ear when I tried to put them on. The quality of the headphones seemed pretty good. It feels solid and doesn't have that cheap plastic feel.
