I have been working with them since they started their business, so that is almost 10 years now! They are very good to work together because of our different cultures; we understand each other well which helps us solve issues quickly without having problems in communication between both parties (us & clients). Sometimes it can be hard when you don't speak Spanish fluently or your client doesn’t know English but this does not happen too often as most people would prefer communicating using Google Translate rather than speaking directly if possible anyway :) Nothing really bad about waylit - everything seems pretty ok from my point of view except maybe sometimes there might seem like some delays during processing time especially at peak hours such as weekends/holidays etc.. However nothing much serious either :D The thing i find difficult regarding any kind of paperwork related stuffs was always solved by one member who happens to also speaks.
