It's difficult to install and you have to remove the motherboard

I bought this to replace the Entermax AIO which was having corrosion and overheating issues. It took me several hours to install this radiator. I have a Meshify C case with an MSI X399 motherboard. The biggest problem is that the heatsink hides the mounting screws that are needed to properly attach it to the processor. You will be given a special key to help you with this, but there is no room in the case to do this with the motherboard inside. As a note to people buying this, you should probably remove the fans. This simplifies the installation of the radiator. I would recommend that you install the RAM before installing the heatsink, it interferes with the RAM slots on my motherboard. After I plugged in the cooler and reinstalled everything, it works great. I don't get 33C temps when my AIO was new, but I don't have to worry about it crashing. Temperatures range from 38°C under light load to 58°C under heavy load. I have 4 case fans at these temperatures and used the paste that came with the cooler.
