The first time I put on a motocross boot was on an enduro ride. The main reason is the miles and exposure I will be riding this year. I've put 1700 miles on a Honda CRF450RL. Approximately 700 miles along the Arizona County Discovery Route. Then this fall I plan to walk the Trans-American Trail (North Carolina to Oregon) for about 5,000 miles. The boots fit well and are very comfortable for long periods of time. They were easy to adjust and offered excellent ankle and foot protection. They definitely saved me from serious injury.
