Review on πŸ”ͺ Tojiro F-807 Kitchen Knife: The Finest Culinary Tool for Precision and Performance by Danny Robertson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Large Japanese Knife

Bought as a gift for a person who knows about kitchen knives, but not very high quality. This is the first knife of this type (Japanese, expensive) that she uses and is very happy with. This is a raise of the level of mediocrity. There's a whole different feeling. It feels light and is easy to use. Cutting is almost effortless. As for maintenance, I don't know yet as I haven't had any maintenance or regrinding - time will tell. So far, so good. I recommend it to those who want the best experience in the kitchen with a superior knife.

Pros

Cons
