I gave this machine a bad review at first, but it was my fault, not the machines, so I'm revising my review. The people at Bira Craft were very concerned about what I had to say and helped me understand it. I am really impressed with their customer service, it exceeds all expectations. They never asked me to repeat my review, which I thought was correct. The machine will actually be one that I will use a lot. This is the perfect size. If you buy this you will not be disappointed. I'm a chronic crafter, especially when it comes to stamping. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the suction power. Bira Craft was kind enough to let me know that they had escalated this issue to QA and thanked me for the feedback. With the customer service on offer and an outstanding little workhorse, it's a winning combination. I looked for a small die cutter for several weeks before deciding on this one and I am very happy with my choice.
