I took the star off because the assembly instructions are just awful and there aren't enough written instructions. The bad: According to the assembly instructions, the only thing on a piece of paper is that you have to be an installer and that you need 2 people to do it. You are not! The bottom line is that when you insert the four screws into the underside of the baseplate, the forearm is pointing away from you. Remember that the silver plate runs between the base and the forearm with nuts and bolts. Also, the hex wrench they give in the kit is a very large L-shaped tool. You cannot rotate 360 degrees to quickly tighten the screws. Luckily I have both the US and metric sets and I was able to make a full turn and it took me about 2 minutes to assemble this part. I think the set is around $6 so it's worth it. So this is production. The bad thing about Revain: I don't know who controls people, but it's a pretty heavy item, but it's pretty easy to carry around. I buy 2 of these and they pack them in a box. Now the box is very heavy. I don't know what they were thinking! Pros: very durable, very easy to assemble if you look at the diagram in the assembly instructions. If they fixed some things I would give 5 stars. I put the 2nd together is 10 min.
