Review on ✈️ CRAZEDpilot CP-1 Aviation Headset Pilot Headset - The Ultimate Aircraft Airplane Companion by Damon Atonyo

Fits great. The sound quality is okay, but not fantastic. The speakers seem to be slightly biased toward highs and highs, so if you're not careful with noise-cancelling, you'll end up with a lot of tinny hiss. I've flown them twice and they fit MUCH better than the battered ASAs rented from my FBO airfield, but the sound isn't as rich and reliable as the ASA. A few other things to keep in mind: Adjust the boom arm *before* you get off the ground. I didn't use them on my first flight and kept the mic on my chin the entire flight. Super distracting! The Stereo/Mono switch is the knob on the right. Neither the volume control nor the stereo/mono controls are marked. Okay, sure, you can't see the labels on the side of the headset when you're wearing it, but you can see when *not* and it's still useful. Personally, I'd probably make the mono/stereo switch something other than a double for the volume control on the left. But considering the price, it's pretty hard to beat. They are cheap and appear to be durable.
