I had to run a few stages for the marathon relay team and needed something to carry my essentials. The Adalid hydration belt meets all my needs, which is why I ordered it. The 18 ounces of water provided was enough to get me moving between water stations along the route and the bottles were sealed as advertised. The bag, while tight, had enough room for my phone (Galaxy S7), driver's license, debit card, insurance card, $50 cash, and a keychain for my minivan. I wore the strap low on my hips, bag first, and it stayed in place for 10.5 miles without interfering with arm movement. Excellent purchase. I will use this often.
