I had to run a few stages for the marathon relay team and needed something to carry my essentials. The Adalid hydration belt meets all my needs, which is why I ordered it. The 18 ounces of water provided was enough to get me moving between water stations along the route and the bottles were sealed as advertised. Strap works great. It's big enough to fit an iPhone 6 with an Otter case plus keys, driver's license and Gu. The case has a low profile so it doesn't get in the way. I'm a tall guy, about mid, and the belt jumps but doesn't get annoying after 6 miles. The pictures show the bottles outwards, but I prefer to face them inwards towards my body to avoid contact with my hands. I can take the bottles off the belt with one hand while walking, but about 50% of the time I can only put the bottles back on

Love the slanted bottles that don't touch your hand. Easy entry and exit. The front pocket is a bit small but fits my Kyocera rugged phone.
