Survived my marathon relay team

I had to run a few stages for the marathon relay team and needed something to carry my essentials. The Adalid hydration belt meets all my needs, which is why I ordered it. The 18 ounces of water provided was enough to get me moving between water stations along the route and the bottles were sealed as advertised. The bag, while tight, had enough room for my phone (Galaxy S7), driver's license, debit card, insurance card, $50 cash, and a keychain for my minivan. I wore the strap low on my hips…

I would buy it again: Hydration packs

Strap works great. It's big enough to fit an iPhone 6 with an Otter case plus keys, driver's license and Gu. The case has a low profile so it doesn't get in the way. I'm a tall guy, about mid, and the belt jumps but doesn't get annoying after 6 miles. The pictures show the bottles outwards, but I prefer to face them inwards towards my body to avoid contact with my hands. I can take the bottles off the belt with one hand while walking, but about 50% of the time I can only put the bottles back on

Pros
  • Hard-wearing workmanship
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

Comfortable and functional for long miles

Love the slanted bottles that don't touch your hand. Easy entry and exit. The front pocket is a bit small but fits my Kyocera rugged phone. I removed the belt about 1 inch with a sewing machine because I like how it hugs my waist, but the belt was a bit large. (I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs.) Sturdy neoprene strap so I can attach a knife and camera holder for groceries, batteries, headlamp with lip balm, electrolyte packs, etc. I ride ultra so I'll try this out for 2 weeks at c&o 100 and updating my…

It really doesn't slip or bounce!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this running belt! Of course I was skeptical that he wasn't bouncing and sliding down, but it really is. I have never used such a comfortable running belt. I was concerned that my hands would hit the bottles, but I shifted the bottles so they were on my back and pointed the jets inward. It works great and my hands have never touched it. The pocket is small but enough for my phone, debit card and gel pack which is all I need it for. My longest run to date is 7 miles and I felt…

Comfortable, no bouncing or slipping

I've been using these for a month now and they are perfect for my needs as a beginner runner. This is my first hydration belt and it's so much better than carrying a bottle in my hand and I carry the bottle on the front. I run distances up to 13 miles and my pace is 9 to 10.5 minutes per mile. The belt is unobtrusive and once I get into a 10-15 second walk cycle there is absolutely no bounce and I don't even think about wearing a belt while running. The bottles are easy to remove and the lids…

Surprisingly comfortable!

This is my first hydration belt. I had a few qualities that I really need: I wanted it to hold some hydration, I don't drink much on most runs because I get stomach cramps and spit up (part of wanting a belt is to better my body get used to moisture when running), so I didn't want to have a belt with lots of bottles. I wanted the bag to be big enough to fit my phone (iPhone 5 size), inhaler, car keys and driver's license/emergency money. This bag hardly goes with all those things; If the…

Great product and even better customer service

I first used this hydration belt in June 2015 on a Spartan Race Super riding 8+ miles through mud, crawling under barbed wire and scaling ropes/walls. so I was curious to see how it works. Well that was exactly what I was looking for. The bottles were held securely in neoprene holders as they rolled through mud, water and barbed wire. It was also very comfortable while running and the two 10oz bottles were the perfect size to help with hydration on the trail and refilling at the water stations…
