LOVE LOVE LOVE this running belt! Of course I was skeptical that he wasn't bouncing and sliding down, but it really is. I have never used such a comfortable running belt. I was concerned that my hands would hit the bottles, but I shifted the bottles so they were on my back and pointed the jets inward. It works great and my hands have never touched it. The pocket is small but enough for my phone, debit card and gel pack which is all I need it for. My longest run to date is 7 miles and I felt comfortable the whole way. Also, my hip size is just a tad wider than the listed range and it still fits great. So if you're a curvy runner I highly recommend this! TO UPDATE. I've seen several questions about whether your arms or hands will hit the bottles. I like carrying bottles on my back, on my butt. In this position, with arms bent as you walk, they never touch. When I walk and my arms are straight they lightly touch the bottles. I run up to 12 miles and I still love this belt!
