Review on Betus LED Neon Rope Lights by Sean Reddy

I have two of these light ropes (both no more than 60 days old). The photo shows one of them. The other one looks ok (so far). I use this outside a few steps from one cobblestone patio to another. Unfortunately I can't crop them the way I want. I intend to keep them as I can hide the brownish part. What looks like a blown lightbulb is in the middle and there is nothing I can fix. I love their look and the fact that you can't see the bulbs due to the opacity of the design. I can't see any double sided tape or clips as I just stuck them in my patio columns and on the steps. I am editing this post due to the diligence of the provider. I was contacted by a supplier who informed me that the device must be defective. They sent me a new one and didn't ask me to return the defective one. I appreciate the service from this provider. I will be using them again as I mentioned above love the look of these lights. And I'm still working on my external project.
