I don't like that there's not really any padding on the bottom of the laptop pocket. The pocket is raised slightly, but there's no cushioning underneath it beyond some fabric and stitching, which helps a little, but it's still very thin, and I wouldn't be comfortable dropping the backpack on the ground. The strap to hold your laptop is also not great. Specifically it can't get tight enough for my device. I wish instead of a square piece of Velcro near the top, it had a strip of Velcro running…

I had to travel & take my laptop, etc with me & decided I didn't want to carry a purse too. With my laptop & a few essential things needed from my purse, a paperback book and the phone charger - this weighed a ton. The backpack is heavy to start out with and even only half full - was very heavy to lug around 2 airports and connecting flights. My shoulders hurt days after. I don't know if it's water resistant - didn't get wet.

This backpack is very attractive and the padding on the straps is comfortable. I really like the hidden pocket on the back! It blends in well and helps me feel more secure putting valuables in it. The only drawback is the lack of storage for my textbooks. The front pocket has a pencil bag, stethoscope, scissors, and a few other random things and bulks out some. Nothing to list as negative right now. Seems well built ,comfortable ,but then again ,I haven't had a "backpack" for school ,or any of the modern devices that we all carry now adays ,since I was a small child/teenager. No such things as laptop computers back then. Seems there is a lot of storage ,so if one travels light ,with just laptop ,cell ,tablet ,and all accompanying hardware needed to run such things ,it seems like plenty of room. Maybe and extra pair of personal's that may be helpful…

I have used this bag for a month. I love all compartments and zippers. However it is best to zip both zippers on one side. I usually like the option of zipping both zippers from opposite sides up. I done that twice and some items fell onto the ground because the weight caused the zipper to unlock. That only happened with the back largest zipper. So be cautious if you need to unzip it at the airport. I was depending on all that space. I will not buy this bag again.

The bag has a good sturdy feel to it, the padding on the straps that go over your shoulders is a nice touch. I am able to carry all of my college books, laptop, school supplies around comfortably. The stitching on one of the back strap has started to be undone, just a quick tightin up with a bit of sewing should be fine. Overall it's a decent bag for a college student. 8/10

Good quality backpack. It has a lot of compartments and sometimes I can’t get to what I’m looking for right away. I just have to remember where I put things. Overall, I love it.

Bought this for my kid for school, it's been three months and the front zipper has already broken off. Does have alot of space for items.

Great bag, it's bigger in total size than I thought. It will cover my whole back when on. It has several sections & compartments. It's enough room for both my laptops or a large tablet & laptop. It seems more manly than I thought. It appeared more neutral and compact when looking at it. It more than does the job.

Durable comfortable straps plenty of stage laptop is secure. That's my review. My son said the straps do not dig into his shoulders.
