Ordered a 5ft cool bag earlier and loved it. Ordered two 4' chill bags and they don't look the same. I followed the instructions, even weighed them, but one seems larger and the seat is sturdier. Unzipped and the stuff looks the same apart from some pieces of cardboard and a smaller plastic bag and the outer zip is very difficult to get into the zip. Taken a few buckets from the larger one, now looks a little bigger than the other but the seat still isn't as solid. Would have ordered more but luck? Well packaged, arrived earlier than expected. No bad smell. The packing zip got stuck on a few bags, but can be easily fixed. They will not explode out of the packaging.
