They have a nice clear sound for listening to music. Touch controls are easy to navigate and easy to remember. They connect automatically as soon as you take them out of the charging case, which is great too. When making a call, you can hear the person you are talking to loud and clear. However, they don't hear you either. I've been told repeatedly that I sound distant and not very loud. Could it be the noise cancellation? If so, then too much. Although I couldn't be heard on the phone either, I gave them 3 stars. They're still worth buying because they sound good when listening to music. I gave the battery life 3 stars because even though they advertise 5 hours of playback, I turned on the music and only got 2 1/2 hours. Here, too, I have a lot of time when I work or clean the house.
