Received on time and in good condition. Easy to use, the instructions are easy to use. One problem I have is that I have a hard time getting receipts (like ATM receipts/grocery store receipts etc.) and that's 50% of what I grind. The paper is really plain, but the entrance has a slight curve that makes it difficult to accept checks. I tried a plastic CD and membership card and it worked. It grinds the stuffing out of items (almost into a powder)! there is no gluing it back together .LOL…

I'm a realist and don't expect these "disposable" imported electronics to last very long so I'm not too upset that this shredder died after 2 years of use (RIP, January 2010 - March 2012). After opening the machine and rummaging around for a few minutes, I discovered that the cause of death was a blown LED bulb, which acts as a sensor that triggers the shredder when paper is fed into the slot. I have been using this unit for several years now and it is significantly better than any other I have had. The fact that it survived several years without damage convinced me, since I went through the smaller document shredders once a year on average. Mills work hard and small "home" appliances aren't worth the hassle - buy a good one and use it for years. tips?
