Received on time and in good condition. Easy to use, the instructions are easy to use. One problem I have is that I have a hard time getting receipts (like ATM receipts/grocery store receipts etc.) and that's 50% of what I grind. The paper is really plain, but the entrance has a slight curve that makes it difficult to accept checks. I tried a plastic CD and membership card and it worked. It grinds the stuffing out of items (almost into a powder)! there is no gluing it back together .LOL. However, not satisfied with the built-in switch, which is why it is necessary to use the same trash can. I don't expect to need to replace the canister anytime soon, but if I do I'm not sure how much a replacement canister will cost. that's why I gave 3 stars. I have 2 bags of stuff I need to grind so I'll finish them and then return to my post.
