After spending a few weeks reading reviews and studying many different shredders, this one really stood out from the rest. I need a paper shredder with a handle to use one hand to remove the head and the other hand to remove the remaining papers from the head. With drawer shredders, it is very difficult to remove individual sheets from the head when the head is stationary. When my best friend said he had this model for over 5 years with no problems, I decided to buy it. It's better and quieter than my broken Fellowes Powershred W11C 11-sheet shredder (3103201) that I'm replacing.
