Good product
My DVD player does not start well; So I ordered this product. It comes with minimal instructions or comments on how it works. When it starts it appears to be built around cleaning CDs. Anyway, I put in a cleaning disc and it showed 6 tracks to clean. He plays a different song and erases every track. Each cleaning took 20-30 minutes. Most importantly he did a great job and I have no more DVDs that skip.
