This is the first time I've used a protein supplement on a regular basis. I love that this one features the use of egg whites and the flavor of a cup of peanut butter. Don't expect it to taste exactly like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. It tastes like peanut butter, and this supplement tastes very sweet thanks to the stevia sweetener. It does not bother me. I'm looking to add this supplement with food, but for now I'm only using it with water. It's fluffy because it uses egg whites. I mix it with Helimix because it doesn't have mixing inserts so it's easy to clean and it's made in the USA. I take the supplement twice a day during training and also on my day off. very happy with this supplement. Since egg whites are salty, I appreciate the added sweetness. I already ran out, so I ordered again. I love that this is a very tasty protein supplement. A+ Have fun!
