Review on 🐱 25-Inch Lean-It Scratching Post by Sherry Smith

I just got it delivered yesterday and my cat is already scared of it and won't go near it. I leaned it against the wall, but it's so light that the first time my cat put his paw on it, he fell off. She was concerned about this so I sprayed her with catnip spray and it brought her back. I put him in a corner to keep him from tipping over on his side and he just fell on her! The first tug of her claws and he was lifted off the wall. She screamed and ran away, not wanting to go near him again. waste of money. If you buy it I don't even think laying it flat on the floor will work because it's so light it doesn't give you leverage to get a good scratch. This may be fine for small kittens (which can clearly be seen in the picture as it is NOT very large) but adult cats will not benefit. I will be donating mine to the local animal shelter.
