Good wireless adapter - although it does require an internal USB port and driver issues.

This is a pretty good Wi-Fi adapter. After you finally earn. Installed this on a new PC build with a fresh install of Windows 10. One of the things I didn't realize when I bought the adapter was that the PCI Express card also needs an internal USB connection - (connect from to PCI Express card ) It comes with a cable you need to do this. However, you may need to unplug another USB device from the motherboard to use it, as was the case in my case. ** The internal USB connector on the motherboard is typically used to connect the USB ports on the front or top of the PC case to the motherboard. **Another problem was that the driver disk that came with the card was unreadable. Tried on 2 different computers, both disks were not read. Not a big problem, since you can usually find better and more up-to-date drivers on the manufacturer's website. When I was able to find a product called the MSI Herald-AX Intel AX200NGW Wifi 6, it turned out to be the same device, so I went with it. Of course it worked. So note that MSI calls it MSI Herald-AX Intel AX200NGW Wifi 6 when you need support/drivers. After all those little hiccups, it installed and worked fine. Low latency at 5 GHz and relatively good speed. Will report more if it changes after further use.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Something different
