New formula? GRITTY

This is my absolute favorite lip balm but I think they changed the formula because I just got these 4 packs of GRITTY 😖 smells and looks the same but the texture is simple only horror! I thought maybe I just got a bad batch but the Nivea website says the same thing in the comments on this product. super sad
