Use these as gap fillers on the back of my RTX 3080 FE which is on a full water block. The backplate is pure aluminum, so I use passive cooling on the back of the PCB (memory, VRM, memory controller, etc.) - the problem is that some of these spots need 2+mm TIM to make proper contact.
