the reason we ordered this item is the ease of installation. Well, that wasn't true. I've been trying for almost an hour and no luck on my iPad. Eventually I switched to a smartphone and everything worked. We were on a short vacation so I was hoping to test it out the first weekend. Up until the second day we really thought everything was going well. Notifications started with incorrect messages and the time between event and notification was getting longer and longer. Finally, on Day 3, we completely stop receiving push notifications. At this point I think we will send the device back for another system. I'm updating my rating. Contacted support and worked to resolve some technical issues. We no longer have problems with notifications. There are still small glitches, but the camera is now working as expected.
