Took barely two months
I was quite happy with this purchase until two days ago suddenly nothing light intensity and color touch buttons work. I can't even turn it off except by pulling the AC adapter cord. ---------- About a day after this review was posted, customer service contacted me and offered to replace the lamp. So I've raised my rating from one star to two. Fingers crossed for a replacement that arrived within a day.

- I don't have a big grudge about it, everything is fine
