Review on 🍳 Black Lodge Rectangular Griddle 11.56 by David Pirlet

This is a very high quality cast iron bowl/pan. I use it extensively in my toaster and on my outdoor gas grill. It holds heat in the toaster and browns food very well, easily outperforming the steel and aluminum pans I use with it. The finish is better than other Lodge products I've collected over the years with a smoother finish than most. . My item was perfectly seasoned with no stains, scuffs, or pits/burrs. The design is modern, with gripping edges and a hole for hanging. The thickness is thinner than regular Lodge pieces but perfect for application. Like all of their products, this one will last forever with proper care. Plus, it's made in the USA, which is rare for home appliances these days. This is an excellent investment. In fact I bought 2 and will probably buy a larger version for pizza or something.
