bought 12 pieces for the bathroom. One of the LED modules was DOA and the other was intermittent. I have requested replacement modules through Revain's return process. Installation was easy and I used a 4-1/8" hole saw for a tight fit in my wood ceiling. I think a 4 inch diameter hole would be too narrow. They are very light. The gasket on the base didn't fit properly until I superglued it in place prior to installation. Some areas of dents and excess gasket around the perimeter of the flange are trimmed off with a utility knife. See pictures. Would have gotten a 5 star rating if all were ok, hope they last. Update: The LED module on the intermittent one now works, but the other only turns on when the connector is bent into a certain position. I contacted Torchstar via online support and never received a reply. I called them the next day and spoke to the customer service lady. She wanted to email me a return authorization which I haven't received yet (20 hours later). I also asked her if she would send a call tag to cover the cost of the return and was told she would need to check with her manager. It seems that since the device is bad, I don't have to pay for the return of the device, they do. It's bad enough that you have to take the cover off and troubleshoot to make sure the drivers are okay. A five-year warranty is useless if backed by an unresponsive support team. Lighting gets 3 stars and customer service gets 1 star. Doing the right thing Torch Star.
