Easy installation. The design is just okay. Even at low speeds and on relatively slippery roads, there's still a lot of vibration, but it's for monitoring traffic and backing up at a church or work. (required for a quick exit). The vibration is significant, ie noticeable, but not excessive. In other words, if you drove a 1980's CJ, they're just as good as the stock mirrors, but not nearly as strong as the stock JT mirrors they replace. As long as you can indulge in nostalgia and set your expectations accordingly, the mirrors are right Rx. I would give them 5 stars if they weren't positioned as low vibes. In terms of design, it would be nice if the mirrors used the same hinge screws as the doors. 2 less bits to track and 1 less tool to install. The mirrors must be attached very tightly so that the hinge does not shift or slip during operation. Why not put a stroke limiter against the door stop? Left and right hardware may require slightly different hardware, but it may also help to attach the mirrors to the case to reduce vibration but not add any hardware.
