My 2016 caravan had good lighting. They're about 5 inches in diameter and have a little plastic tip in the middle that you have to press to turn them on and off, and they're all inexpensive LEDs. So, after a while, the switches in some commonly used lights started to fail or just broke completely. I tried to fix but decided to switch with some of the same other lights that we rarely used. Unfortunately, over time, they began to fail. So let's go shopping! I bought five LED styles to try: small face touch, oval 6" side switch, oval 6" tip, built-in on/off dimmer, direct wired ceiling light, flat 50 or so LED panel with On/off switch at one end. This review is for a 6 inch oval light pen switch dimmer. First I installed two of them. They are easy to install as a replacement. The dimming feature is really good making them very dim night lights and pressing the light is also improved. Whatever adjustment is made before the light is quickly turned off, the same level of light is maintained. I wasn't happy with the brightness as I installed a few more lights and swapped out dimmers in a few days. I opted for about 50 brighter flat screens above our kitchen area and bathroom. Don't get me wrong, these dimmable lights are my favorites and provide plenty of light where originally installed, but I like strong light at work or in the bathroom. I would buy them again because of the great dimming function, but based on my experience with the spring switches in our original lights I bought a few to back up.
