I thought about returning it but decided to do so for one important reason - personalisation. I really like that I can give the collar my voice and commands and set increasing vibrations. This will help our pup recognize the command we are using, even without a collar, and make it automatic. So while I'm arguing with the kids, wiping my ass, and trying to do my math homework, the pup is still getting some command training.
