1. Good, the hardware worked well, I really liked it.2. Bad very very bad. Upon downloading and installing the driver, I immediately had an uneasy feeling, my computer screen was shaking like a computer version of a magnitude 8 earthquake (that's the best I can describe it). I got an error saying I had to restart my computer and reinstall. I did that and the windows driver installed successfully. When I opened the browser after a reboot everything looked fine until I noticed that my bank's website wasn't loading. I'll trim it here and there, but I've been working on it for two days. I called the bank to see if they have a problem, no problem on their end. So I ran through a series of troubleshooters to see if it was my hardware or my virus/firewall protection. Everything seemed fine, back then my father-in-law who worked at the same bank had exactly the same problem on his computer, now I'm really worried that some kind of malware could bypass my security system and infect my wireless router. So I disabled it, my gateway and all my switches to no avail. Then my entire internet stopped working, my gateway wouldn't get through the deployment process and wouldn't connect to the internet. Finally, I uninstalled the topping driver, disabled everything connected to the internet, and left everything overnight. Next morning I started plugging everything back in, modem ok, gateway ok, switch ok, ethernet reconnected to computer internet, tried bank, it came back too. Now I wanted to know if the topping driver was the cause, I reinstalled it and the bank page stopped loading. I repeated the procedure one more time and everything works. My biggest concern is that my two well-established security programs and my even better gateway didn't fly any flags. I can't explain but there's no doubt I'll be returning Topping for buggy at best, possibly virus/malware in inferior driver software. Update 11/19/2019 - I was contacted by the seller and they seemed genuinely trying to resolve my issue and made me a very generous offer. Quote "This is Luna from the Customer Service Center.
