The product is good, the packaging is not very good.
Shock resistance seems pretty good. The packaging wasn't good. I bought 2 shocks - both original boxes were opened and the dust cover on one of the shocks was damaged in shipping. Instead of taking the trunk apart once to replace both shocks, I have to send the damaged shock back and take the time to remove the trunk liner twice. Also the information/directions are not in English so reading literature is difficult.
