Works but be careful with the wiring harness
Removing the luggage rack (damper) from the door broke the heating cables inside the luggage rack leaving the connector behind still attached to the front door (possibly from the previous owner). But this spring, Kenmore Elite 795.71033.010 really came into its own. If it doesn't fit one way, flip it and try another way. This worked for me. Mullion doesn't have a heater now, but mechanically it works fine.
