I like that it has all of my past records in one place so i don't have to go back through old charts or ask other providers questions about what was done previously! It's also very easy to use once you get used to how everything is set up which makes charting extremely quick as well!! There are some functions within OI where there could be more options available but this isn't an issue with most people because they know exactly why their choices aren't being offered when needed.

Also having your previous provider notes saved into another program can cause issues if not handled correctly by IT department-if someone else logs onto your computer before you do then things will just revert to default settings instead of continuing from last time.
