Great Customer Service Tool For Business

I like how the website could be used from any place with internet access. It's easy to use and navigate through the whole process without having problems. Sometimes it takes quite some time before the page loads which gets irritating especially when i'm in another tab or window. The service was good but sometimes it took too long till my requests were being processed. A great way to keep track of clients in realtime or offline. This helps me as an entrepreneur because if there's ever a need for customer care, then this is where they will come looking for help instead of wasting their precious time calling other people. We've been able to connect easily together regardless of location. Not much so far, however, would love to hear more about the features that are coming soon. Easy navigation and ease of use makes website management easier than using emails/phone calls.
