Review on πŸ”Š Goldwood Sound GT-324: Powerful 120W 8ohm Titanium Dome Speaker Tweeter in Sleek Black Design by Tony Guernsey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great tweeters!?! on Car Electronics

I rebuilt a set of Infinity SM-150s / - used 1-Pyle 300 Watts RMS 4 Ohm 15" Red Cone Woofer Speaker - ( 2 - Goodwood 5.25" um/65-4-4 ohm 100W RMS sealed midrange driver and 1 GT-324 8 ohm 100W RMS tweeter per cabinet, midrange and tweeter with factory L (infinity) pads for music with 600 watts total and I have to say these tweeters are a lot better than the Infinity 3/4" poly dome tweeters that replaced the GT-324. I run them with the Pyle P3301bat hybrid preamp (which also runs 2-12 " 4 ohm boss subwoofer powered (8 ohm input) - (350 Wrms for each 3-way box) with a stable 4 ohm Velodyne subwoofer plate amplifier You can hear the raindrops on our tweeters listen to black sabbath tunes love them it just took a little dremel work on the cabinet to get the lutes speaker connectors to fit into the 3-inch mounting hole. adi in the closet so each closet took 15 minutes. Goodwood (also Dayton, by the same company) makes great speakers at the lowest prices. I would use Goodwood gwpc-15-4 4 ohm woofers if I could get them for the same price as Pyles as Red Cone woofers have a lower frequency response than Goodwood. You can't go wrong with these tweeters if you want crisp, crisp, clear + crisp highs at an affordable price. 5 Stars
