Sophisticated product. It was recommended by a chef who uses it all the time. I like how everything fits into one to minimize storage space. I just wish the instructions were clearer. He says he can slice and dice to different thicknesses. But the included CD is also very simple. This leaves the user guessing how to get a possible end result.
