I bought it knowing all the flaws, but I bought it because it's the only game in town. It's frustrating that nobody can make a good product that fills this need. As everyone already knows, the lid does not close. If there is liquid and it inclines, even slightly, the liquid will flow out. It's not a slow leak, it fills your food bag with soup in about 4 seconds. This is the main problem. An equally troubling design issue is overlap—or lack thereof. For real? Have you (manufacturer/designer) made a bowl that doesn't stack? Why? Okay, the truth is it almost folds into another dish, but that's worse than not folding at all! Because it barely fits, forming a seductively unstable tower. Also hard to fit when nesting hot inside each other as the air cools creating a vacuum and the shells will now stick together! (To fix this, pour hot water over the bowl to reheat the trapped air.) I'm less critical of the basic nature of plastic lids. Yes, they break over time and need to be replaced. Yes, you must wash them by hand. Yes, you have to be careful removing the lids when it's frozen.
