I'm sure this spoon holder will work great as a dish holder. But I use it for something else. Knife organizer! Yes, a knife organizer! I love keeping the kitchen clutter free, so there shouldn't be a knife block lying on the countertop. I love a clean modern kitchen so no magazines for anything. I just bought another knife set that comes with the sheath. Thick sheaths don't fit in knife drawer organizers. I hated knives in my drawer so I started looking for somewhere to keep them. TA Dah! This silicone dish coaster is perfect. I bought 2, one end holds the knife handle well and the other end holds the blade tip well in the sheath. Looks great. i am organized And my kitchen is stylish.
