This product has great support. Almost too much for me. It follows the curve of my back very well, although it seems to be pushing me forward in the chair. The chair I use it on has lumbar support so it might have something to do with that. This is a solid, well-made model. My colleagues jokingly called it the "luxury model" as it is very well made and large compared to the ones they use (mesh pad or small wedge cushion). I like it most days although sometimes I find it too big. On a chair with little or no support, this would be excellent. I would not recommend this pillow for taller individuals as its sides curve towards my sides. I am a small human; I think they will dig into the sides of a larger person and make him uncomfortable.
