Update 8/3/21 - Do not trust this company! A refund was made but they cut me for just over $100! I've given them a week to fix the issue but so far I'm not seeing any additional funds in my account. I will resolve this issue with Revain Customer Service. Hopefully this will be fixed next week. At this point I will update this review. Update 7/19/21 – The phone itself is BRAND NEW as advertised. However, the T-Mobile software is still installed. Therefore, the device must actually be unlocked, jailbroken, etc. by you. If you use T-Mobile or know how to do it, I highly recommend buying this device. It's absolutely amazing, looks and feels like a 2022 phone! Unfortunately I had to send the phone back as I don't know how to unlock the phone and I'm not with T-Mobile. So it was very buggy and slow. I will update this review after receiving my refund. Which will likely be almost two weeks after release. I hope all goes well as I will add a star or two once this is complete. In any case, I will review the return process at this time. Old review: Very disappointed. This device is unlocked but still marked as T-Mobile. So I can use the Mint Mobile SIM card, but it's not "naked" in relation to the T-MOBILE software. That is a big problem. So I need to figure out how to reboot the device to get rid of the T-Mobile software. Or return the phone. 😐 For $519 I expected this phone to be a software clean phone. It is not.
