UPDATED 5 STAR REVIEW (May 15, 2017): Tried using new AAA batteries and oh my! Instant upgrade to 5 stars! This item is very bright! Perfect and just what I need! See additional uploaded image. ORIGINAL 4 STAR RATING. The light is not as strong as I expected, so I will be using this face extraction mirror more often during the day to take advantage of the daylight. The magnifying power of the mirror is quite good. But the biggest benefit of this magnifying mirror over others at Revain is that the long, flexible neck expander allows me to perform facial extractions while sitting comfortably in bed at a 130° angle. For those with back pain, recent surgeries, or physical limitations in general, this alone solves the problem. I close my laptop and attach a mirror suction cup to the back of my laptop, which is the smoothest surface. You can rotate the base of the suction cup so it clicks into place very securely. Then I place the laptop on my hips and slightly raise my knees. Please see the attached photos so you can see what I mean.
