I bought this for cross training/HIIT and weightlifting to replace my old Nike. I paid $48 for the gray color which is perfect for my needs. These shoes are very light (I don't like bulky shoes) and can feel barefoot at times. It works very well in bodybuilding classes for high kicks and jumps, works well in strength training, and is almost good for HIIT. My only downsides are that it has very limited lateral support for HIIT workouts and it feels too wide/roomy for my narrow feet (I'm 7,117 lbs/5'5" and bought a 7). Also, it slips it does a bit of rear lunges but not for squats it also slides back for boards so I have to put my feet on the mat to stay in place intense/short runs overall I recommend this shoe if it does If it's for walking or running then it's very light, comfortable and cute If it's cross training then it offers a very light, responsive shoe (unlike running shoes, which are awkward with extra whistles and bells) and it might surprise you picking them up for a quick workout at the gym every time.
